Coordinates with Procurement and Project Managers to align delivery schedules with project needs.
Tracks purchase orders, subcontracts, and supplier commitments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services

Monitors transportation and logistics activities to ensure materials arrive on-site as planned.
Assists in resolving discrepancies related to shipping, receiving, and invoicing.

Minimum 2-3 years of expediting, procurement support or supply chain experience in an industrial, manufacturing, nuclear or heavy equipment environment

Experience with Oracle Procurement or similar systems.
Basic knowledge of ERP/MRP procurement and tracking systems.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and reporting capabilities.
Strong communication and follow-up skills to ensure supplier accountability.
Ability to work under tight deadlines while managing multiple orders simultaneously.
Experience coordinating with suppliers and managing delivery schedules
Familiarity with ERP/MRP procurement systems, preferably Oracle.
