Prepares expediting correspondence to suppliers and maintains organized communication records.
Maintains continuous communication with suppliers to confirm order status, shipment dates, and delivery schedules.
Interfaces frequently with Suppliers, Procurement Specialists, Project Managers, Quality Assurance (QA), and Operations personnel.
Provides regular status updates to Procurement, Operations, and Project Management teams.
Coordinates with Procurement and Project Managers to align delivery schedules with project needs.
Tracks purchase orders, subcontracts, and supplier commitments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
Maintains accurate expediting records and reports in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Monitors transportation and logistics activities to ensure materials arrive on-site as planned.
Assists in resolving discrepancies related to shipping, receiving, and invoicing.
Identifies and escalates risks of late deliveries; works with suppliers and internal stakeholders to implement recovery plans.

Experience with Oracle Procurement or similar systems.
Basic knowledge of ERP/MRP procurement and tracking systems.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and reporting capabilities.

Ability to work under tight deadlines while managing multiple orders simultaneously.
Experience coordinating with suppliers and managing delivery schedules
