Gilbane is seeking a Project Manager II who is highly technical, a strong communicator, and eager to work in a team on complex projects. This on‑site manager will direct, complete, and oversee the financial outcome of a medium‑sized construction project, being present at the job site each day and playing a key role on the project team.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management and have 5‑10 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong technical and communication skills, teamwork ability, and proficiency with industry‑standard software such as Microsoft Office are required. Salary for New York, NY ranges from $110,000 to $150,000, plus benefits, a profit‑sharing/401k plan, and a comprehensive health and welfare package.
Gilbane offers multi‑dimensional training through Gilbane University, allowing the Project Manager II to develop leadership and technical skills while learning alongside experienced senior project managers and executives on site.
