The position will play a vital role helping connect GIP Island Construction to the broader GIP team. Responsibilities will include coordinating hiring, onboarding, benefits enrollment, and by liaising with the corporate Human Resources and Payroll team to support efficient and timely processing of employees’ pay. The successful candidate will ensure that employee-related processes run efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive employee experience.
