Company
Overview
Headquartered in Greenville, SC, with regional offices in Asheville, Columbia (and Spartanburg), BLE has grown alongside key regional development booms.
BLE specializes in environmental consulting, geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing, and site inspection services.
Typical projects range from landfill siting and solid waste systems to industrial plant foundations, infrastructure groundwork, and remediation efforts.
They operate a full‑service in‑house geotechnical lab and drilling fleet—unusual for a firm of its size—enabling end‑to‑end project delivery.
A standout moment: BLE presented on advanced electrical leak location methods at a solid waste conference—highlighting technical leadership in landfill liner QA.
