What you would be doing

- Coordinate internal and external senior stakeholders when dealing with project escalations and POST-order contractual negotiations
- Participate on tenders preparation and review having specific emphasis on Project/site management capacity allocation and project procurement assumptions (sourcing clarity and cost validation)
- Lead Project reviews process locally to ensure periodical check of project finance performance, resources plan and customer satisfaction
- Ensure EHS practices and deployed and continuous improvement process in place
- Provide constructive feedback to development teams to ensure roll-out feasibility of new processes and tools being developed
- Assess, value and recognize individual and collective performance of Project Management team members.
- Promote one Eaton mindset with all internal stakeholders to ensure strong project performance delivery
- Develop Project Management capacity in the region while leveraging Eaton’s experience at EMEA level
- Conduct order backlog report-out to consolidate local project backlog performance status/actions and report-out financial forecast
- Implement EMEA project management best practices and processes at local level including Project performance review process.
- Develop Project and site execution capacity including partnership with 3rd party companies

- Negotiation, commercial awareness, good people skills and experience of dealing with customers are critical
- Strong leadership skills able to deal with strong personality
- Experience with customer relationship management
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Management
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or equivalent educational background
- Experience in power distribution construction activities, field services & commissioning work
- Good people skills and experience of dealing with customers are critical
- Good knowledge of Data Centers and Utilities
- Proficiency in English
- Experience with project financials and contract management
- 3-5 years of experience managing a team
