  • Mentor junior account managers and contribute to team-wide client development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with service technicians, engineers, and project teams to ensure seamless execution of maintenance contracts.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Regular local and regional travel to client facilities is required.
  • Primarily office-based with frequent travel to client sites, central plants, and mechanical rooms.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in HVAC service account management, with specific expertise in institutional clients.
  • Strong track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships within aviation, healthcare, higher education, or government sectors.
  • Proficiency in CRM and service management software.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to prepare budgets, forecasts, and proposals.
  • Technically savvy and able to translate complex mechanical solutions into client value.
  • Exposure to HVAC equipment, mechanical systems, and construction environments during site visits.
  • Able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Proven technical background in chillers, boilers, central plants, and complex HVAC systems.
