Consolidate and analyze accounting results for the senior living operations segment.
Establish strong working relationships with third party operators to effectively analyze and communicate financial results.
Create detailed documentation of accounting policies, processes and procedures.
Ensure financial statements are presented accurately and in accordance with GAAP.
Assist with interim/annual audit processes with internal and external auditors.
Prepare month-end close deliverables - including recording of journal entries, preparation of all supporting schedules including balance sheet reconciliations, bank reconciliations and revenue and expenses variance analysis.
Assist with integration, transition and disposition of properties as needed.
Ensure adherence to internal control processes and procedures.
Work closely with FP&A and Asset Management teams to provide excellent internal customer service.
Prepare information needed for external reporting purposes.
Support process improvement initiatives, complete ad-hoc projects and other management requests.
