Marketing Manager - Real Estate / Construction environment

Description

• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective campaigns are delivered and cost-effective strategies are implemented.
• HubSpot – Key point of contact for the CRM – maintaining and informing on any updates
• Liaise with Evara Sales team, external Creative & Digital Agencies to execute market leading campaigns
• Property Portals – point of contact for Daft & My Home – ensure portals are up to date
• Monthly reporting to Senior Management on budgets, leads, campaign effectiveness
• Analyse data from digital campaigns, target audiences to ensure strong audience engagement and lead generation.
• Work with Senior Sales Managers to design, develop and execute marketing strategies for Private Sale New Homes Developments
• Oversee relationships with external agencies, media partners, and vendors.
• Ensure development campaigns are positioned correctly in the market for private sale developments to ensure high performance sales strategies are achieved
• Manage Development / Community specific events and PR as required
• Oversee digital marketing strategies for development led projects - Provide strategic analysis and reporting of digital campaigns and advise when strategy needs to be changed.
• Drive cost efficiencies with suppliers
• Ensure agents and digital agencies are updating CRM

Requirements

• Results oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Minimum 5years experience preferably in a Real Estate / Construction environment
• Highly organized.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage own workload and time.
• Ability to prioritise, multi-task and trouble shoot essential.
