In this role you will deliver project management and contract administration throughout the project life‑cycle, ensuring a shared understanding of scope, programme, cost, risk and interfaces. You will build, motivate and develop multidisciplinary teams, act as the main client liaison, and uphold governance, safety and AtkinsRéalis values on every project.
- Manage infrastructure projects from inception to completion across RIBA Stages 0‑7 (or equivalent) delivering on budget and programme.
- Lead and motivate multidisciplinary project teams, providing coaching and guidance.
- Act as primary client liaison, ensuring clear understanding of scope, risks and constraints.
- Administer contracts and change control, including procurement of approved sub‑contractors and use of NEC3/4 contracts.
- Monitor and report project performance against schedule, quality, financial and KPI targets.
- Uphold safety, governance and AtkinsRéalis values of integrity, collaboration and innovation throughout delivery.

The ideal candidate has a background in Project Management, Engineering, Building Surveying or Architecture, and is working towards APM Chartership. You should be familiar with construction contracts such as NEC3 or NEC4, have experience managing projects from RIBA Stages 0‑7 (or equivalent), and possess strong interpersonal and proactive problem‑solving skills.
This role may require UK security clearance; candidates must be able to provide proof of at least five years’ residency in the UK if clearance is needed. The vetting process will be handled by United Kingdom Security Vetting (UKSV).
- Hold a background in Project Management, Engineering, Building Surveying or Architecture and be working toward APM Chartership.
- Demonstrate experience with construction contracts (NEC3/4) and multidisciplinary design coordination.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal, proactive and flexible attitude in dynamic environments.
- Potential requirement for UK security clearance with five‑year residency proof.
