The role provides broad direction to multiple business analysts and works closely with executives and end users to define system scope and objectives. It oversees the alignment of business processes with supporting systems, initiates short‑ and long‑term application strategy, and creates a multi‑year technology roadmap with resource and budget plans. Additionally, the position participates in IT financial management, including budgeting, project estimating, capital approvals, and resource time tracking, and is accountable for successful project delivery.
Successful candidates will hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and bring at least eight years of SAP functional expertise in two or more modules such as APO/IBP PP, PM, EWM, or TM, preferably in high‑volume discrete manufacturing. They must have three or more years of people‑management experience and a proven track record of leading large, enterprise‑wide projects. Strong verbal and written communication, coaching ability, financial skills, and awareness of emerging technology trends are also required.
The position is a salaried exempt role with a starting salary range of $133,000 to $174,300, subject to geography, skills, and experience, and includes eligibility for an annual bonus.
