This position will be responsible for interviewing, selecting, and training all new employees to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to perform their duties to the standard of the organization. This position will also be responsible for developing the team and providing feedback for annual performance evaluations.
Procurement and management of equipment arrivals in an “on time delivery,” mindset.
This position will be the point of contact for the team and will respond timely to troubleshoot issues and avoid prolonged delays. Must be able to troubleshoot issues with complete resolution.
Direct team to create 3D SolidWorks layouts (general arrangements), P&IDs, structural drawings, mechanical assembly drawings, and others as needed to support the production floor.
Identify all safety situations and report issues timely.
Performs all work in compliance with company standards, does not deviate from policies and procedures, and adheres to regulatory requirements.
Select engineered equipment to be utilized as part of the engineered product design.
Review drawing details for accuracy, standardization, and completeness.
Communicate and align the mechanical engineering schedule with the electrical engineering and production teams.
Compile and review relevant equipment data for submittal to the client.
Oversite and active involvement in the engineering and design schedule on regular basis.
Perform calculations required to ensure safe, correct, and economical designs.
Communicate with clients for project updates and technical questions.
Promote a positive working environment to achieve the organization’s goals.
Contact vendors for price and availability of engineering equipment.
Coordinate material take-offs for purchase of all materials required for fabrication and installation of Roeslein provided prefabricated and unitized systems.
Must set and adjust employees’ rates of pay and hours of work in collaboration with the production manager.
Review mechanical and electrical manufacturing drawings from the drafting department for accuracy and intended function based on the project design.
Must meet deadlines while safely producing a quality product.
Create milestone and Gantt chart schedules for submission to the client and interdepartmental communications.
Coordinate with the manufacturing shop on all fabricated, pre-assembled, and manufactured system designs.
Conduct activities in a safe and healthy manner, and work in accordance with established safety and company requirements.
Review/ create project proposals that accurately depict Servtech’s offering to our client.
Responsible for the escalation of employee issues and company violations to ensure the employee understands the policies and procedures of the organization. This position will create and deliver all employee disciplines with the support of Human Resources.
Must attend all manager meetings, training, and safety meetings as required.
Review/ create spreadsheets and or bid documents with pricing, part numbers, and equipment data.

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or technical engineering, math, or science is required.
Must be someone who represents the organization with the ability to lead by example, adhere to company standards, and resolve issues with urgency and professionalism.
Ability to act as an independent project manager of key accounts as required.
Ability to manage one’s own schedule as well as recognize when engineers need assistance prioritizing tasks to meet deliverables
Proactive communicator that manages customer and vendor relationships.
SolidWorks and AutoCAD, 3D, 2D drafting experience beyond a basic level is required.
Ability to act as the liaison between the engineering/ design team and the production team
Must comply with Roeslein & Associates’ core values for the safe and efficient operation of the business and maintain sound relationships with employees.
Ability to review industry documents to guide designs, including ASME, ANSI, NEC, NFPA, ASTM, customer specifications, and further as required.
Five (5) plus years of O&G surface equipment is required.
Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
Must have the ability to plan and direct the work of employees.
Proficient at guiding facility layouts due to maintenance, reliability, and serviceability needs.
Ability to revise and write formal procedures to guide engineering department
Five (5) plus years of experience in engineering design is required.
Ability to lead a team of engineers and provide mentorship for individual technical and organization growth.
Ability to manage time and efforts towards completing designs on time and within budgets is required.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
Five (5) plus years of mechanical systems and associated components is required, e.g, pumps, piping, and instrumentation.
Custom Electrical and Motor Controls and Panels
Must work well with others in a team-oriented environment and be an example of teamwork for your crew.
Ability to act as a technical resource and decision-making authority to guide designs for safety, manufacturability, reliability, and within budgets.
Ability to use Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel.
Five (5) plus years as an independent project manager is required.
Requires effective time management skills, personal conduct, and change management abilities.
Experience with selection and specification of engineered equipment is required
Must have immense attention to detail.
Experience developing/ reviewing drawings for manufacturing of industrial equipment is required
Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience is strongly preferred.
Five (5) plus years of experience in a management role is preferred.
Ability to engineer and design Oil & Gas Surface equipment beyond a basic level is required.
