Negotiation: Achieve optimum terms and conditions through effective negotiation, eTender, and eAuction.
Strategic Sourcing: Identify and deliver procurement projects for multiple UK Cement, Aggregate, Concrete & Asphalt plants, reducing costs and improving processes.
Performance Delivery: Meet KPIs set by the UK Procurement Director, including savings and automation targets.
Procurement Guidance: Support allocated plants with best practices, preferred vendors, and compliance, to uncover cost-saving opportunities and improve P2P processes.
Opportunity Identification: Work closely with unit managers to uncover new strategic procurement opportunities.
Framework Implementation: Assist Category Managers with global and national agreements.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of strategic procurement experience, preferably in manufacturing or engineering, with global sourcing exposure and strong negotiation skills.
