The role supports the Project Manager in planning, monitoring and controlling Electrical EPC projects, ensuring execution aligns with targets and analyzing any shortfalls. Projects include transformers, MV/LV switchboards, UPS, DBs, battery chargers, switchyards, GIS, substations, CSS and instrumentation.
Regular project governance is maintained through iKOM, KOM, project review, SteerCom and site review meetings. The incumbent coordinates with internal functions such as planning, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, contracts, legal and site erection & commissioning, and manages escalations and vendor interactions, including visits to customers, consultants and sites.
Financial performance is tracked by supporting monthly planning of sales, billing and collection activities and by striving to complete projects within budget while improving margins. Risk identification, assessment and mitigation are carried out in partnership with the Project Manager, and project status is monitored for quality and accuracy throughout all phases.
Monthly MIS reports are prepared using SAP data and tools like Jira, alongside other project monitoring platforms. The role also handles SAP‑related functions, maintains project documentation, and ensures compliance with all relevant procedures.
A B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics engineering is required.
