About the RoleThey are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Operations Manager to lead and optimize roofing and building envelope consulting services. Based in Wisconsin, this role is ideal for someone with deep technical knowledge and a passion for operational excellence. The Operations Manager will oversee field operations, manage project delivery, mentor staff, and ensure services consistently meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
QualificationsExtensive experience in roofing systems, building envelope consulting, or construction management with commercial experience preferredProven leadership in managing teams and operations within a technical consulting or construction environmentStrong understanding of building science, construction methods, and quality assurance practicesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with drafting practices with knowledge of AutoCAD and report writing tools as a plusValid driver's license in good standing and insurability under company policyWillingness to travel regionally as neededProfessional registration through IIBEC such as RRO or RRC is strongly preferred
