The primary responsibility is to assemble products according to predetermined standards and detailed specifications, handling highly intricate components that require strict tolerances. The role includes reviewing assembly and production specifications, fitting connections, fastening parts, packaging, palletizing, and determining operation sequences when specifications are limited.
- Assemble assigned product parts per Product Assembly Specifications and safety regulations
- Perform timely quality checks according to established standards
- Use high‑quality measuring tools such as go/no gauges and measuring tape for inspections
- Identify and report product, machinery, or process problems to supervisor or maintenance
- Monitor raw material levels in the work cell and alert before runout
- Meet daily production quotas, assembly cycle times, and takt times set by management
- Comply with all safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Perform minor rework to ensure precise part detail and correct assembly
- Work in areas such as Injection Molding, Whips, CVT, Conduit, VAP, or tooling assembly
- Maintain high level of confidentiality for trade‑secret information
