Provides support to Accounting Manager, CFO, COO, Executive Vice Presidents, President.
Interfaces with virtually all employees of the company providing assistance as needed.
Monitor GL expense entry for accuracy, assist with GL budget monitoring, and provide GL reports as needed.
Conduct annual office inventory for Bangor, coordinate inventories of other offices, and assist in finalizing reports to local municipalities (In-State and Out of State)
Assist with management/maintenance of files for vehicle fleet including registrations, EZ passes/transponders, gas cards, verification of monthly charges, and processing payments.
Set up new vendors, manage subcontractor agreements, perform monthly audit and manage vendor W-9’s, Certificates of Insurance, and Workers Compensation waivers.
Oversee monthly credit card schedule with company cardholders, ensuring receipts are approved and coded prior to month-end.
Manage corporate accounts payable system including establishing multi-state sales tax reporting.

Must be able to work additional hours when needed and be a true team player.
Must have ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, and work in a fast-paced, deadline driven, detail oriented environment.
Computer skills: Strong Microsoft Office skills including MS Word, Outlook, Teams, and advanced functions of Excel, experience with Deltek Ajera preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus in accounting (or similar curriculum).
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills are required.
