- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university (required).
- 0–5 years of engineering experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply.
- Strong ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with staff and clients.
- Experience or aptitude for meeting timelines and budgets, proposal writing, client development and other consulting engineering skills.
- Proven capability in writing reports and other technical documents.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Superior oral and written English communication skills.
- Ability to provide personal transportation to site if necessary.
