The manager is accountable for delivering projects within scope, schedule, and financial targets while ensuring compliance with corporate Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) and Construction Quality Control policies. Responsibilities include managing proposals, baseline performance plans, financial forecasting, safety and quality performance, client communication, design and subcontractor selection, risk and change management, permitting, and team mentorship.
The Construction Project Manager – Traveling will join the dynamic team to lead projects across the USA and internationally. The role requires US citizenship, a valid US passport, and involves planning, directing, and coordinating construction and maintenance activities from conceptual development through scheduling, budgeting, implementation, and completion.
The position requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or equivalent, plus at least five years of industry experience. PMP or CCM certification may substitute for the degree; a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) credential is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership, communication, knowledge of built environment infrastructure, critical path scheduling, earned value management, cash‑flow control, and experience managing general contractors and trade subcontractors.
Physical demands include navigating construction sites, lifting up to 50 lb, climbing ladders, standing for extended periods, operating a vehicle, and wearing required personal protective equipment.
