The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Production Engineering and has 0‑2 years of experience. Required expertise includes design for manufacturing, FEA and DfMA principles, familiarity with simulation tools (e.g., Magma, NovaCast, Simufact, Abaqus), programming in Python or R, and strong communication and project‑management skills.

Understand conventional and advanced manufacturing processes (e.g., forging, sheet metal forming, extrusion, tool design)
Apply thorough knowledge of design for manufacturing, FEA, and DfMA principles
Leverage knowledge of advanced manufacturing trends and related project deployments
Program in Python or R; C# knowledge is a plus
Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
