7 years utility-related experience.
Project management skills.
Experience performing advanced statistical analyses (such as predictive analytics, regression forecasting, data visualization and/or survival analytics).
Experience in providing guidance and direction to lower staff.
Associate’s degree in business, economics, finance, or related, and 5 years quantitative/qualitative analysis; or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
Experience in Crystal Reports and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
Solid written, interpersonal, and group communication skills.
Ability to take initiative and work both independently and as part of a team to accomplish objectives.
Experience leading teams.
