Providing commercial and contractual advice to project teams;
Administering upstream claims to protect contractual entitlements and ensure policy compliance;\
Monitoring contract performance and implementing practical solutions to ensure project success.
Assessing subcontractor variations and payment claims;
Drafting and managing Site Instructions, Variations, and Claims under both head and subcontract agreements;
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive improvements and manage risk;
Attending project management meetings to support change management and issue resolution;

Solid understanding of Occupational Health & Safety practices.
Sound understanding of planning and scheduling principles (Primavera P6 desirable);
Proven experience in commercial negotiation and client relationship management;
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within energy or infrastructure projects;
Strong knowledge of the AS4000 suite of contracts and relevant legislation, including safety and security of payment;
Excellent time management, communication, and presentation skills;
Tertiary qualifications in Contracts, Business Law or related field (qualifications in Project Management or Quantity Surveying highly regarded);
