Assist in onboarding new users and ensuring consistent learning experiences across sites
Support the Change Manager in rolling out change initiatives and gathering feedback from stakeholders
Support site visits to deliver in-person training and gather user feedback
Work alongside the Data and Systems Specialists to understand system functionality and translate it into effective learning materials
Act as a point of contact for training-related queries and support requests
As and when required, travel to operational sites and support requirements from the Teams.
Monitor training effectiveness and user adoption, identifying areas for improvement while maintaining a training record and providing yearly refreshes to upskill and roll out new features of the system
Collaborate with internal teams to align training with business goals and system updates
Coordinate and deliver training sessions for operational teams and subcontractors on systems such as Totalmobile
Raising the bar
Keeping guidance documents, process maps video tutorial library is kept up to date. This task will be done alongside our Training and Engagement Lead
