Act as a brand ambassador, promoting value-added services and reinforcing customer loyalty.
Identify growth opportunities within the account base and take actions to unlock potential.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and opportunities in our CRM system.
Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key contacts across your customer portfolio.
Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes to enhance customer experience.
