Requirements

Perform basic to intermediate plumbing repairs (no license required)
Perform basic to intermediate electrical repairs (no license required)
Use basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Communicate effectively in verbal and written forms
Exhibit strong customer service orientation
Arrive on site within 30 minutes if not residing onsite
Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent, or have 2 years of field experience
Obtain EPA refrigerant recycling certification and Type I & II certifications (company‑paid testing)
Possess a valid driver’s license and insurance
Have Black Seal certification if required by the property
Have Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification if required
Maintain any other licenses or certifications required by state or local laws

Benefits
