Manage and develop a high-performing Salesforce business platform team.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define process requirements and ensure Salesforce capabilities support streamlined, scalable business operations
Provide training, support, and change management to drive user adoption and maximise platform value.
Monitor and report on key metrics, using analytics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
Oversee the business implementation and adoption of AI-driven tools (e.g., Agentforce) & integrated apps (e.g. Seismic, LinkedIn, Configuration/Pricing) to enhance productivity and customer success.
Lead the analysis, optimisation, and automation of sales and partner business processes into Salesforce and related technologies. This will be both regional & global.
Stay current with Salesforce releases, AI advancements, and technology best practices.
Review the business perspective & priorities for platform enhancements, upgrades, and integrations, ensuring they are optimal for compliance, productivity & global consistency.
Run the ideation input funnel for EMEA, consult with IT on platform development options, run the UAT testing process including managing UAT testers and their feedback to DevOps as well as the business release change process.
Act as the business escalation point for complex platform issues and lead their resolution.

Extremely high degree of data & application experience & skills
Experience with large-scale Salesforce deployments or Centres of Excellence.
Additional European language skills.
B2B Sales experience is a huge advantage
Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
Fluent in English.
Experience with Agentforce or similar AI-driven sales technologies.
Proven track record in business process analysis, optimisation, and automation.
Experience leading and developing teams.
Experience implementing or managing AI/automation tools (within Salesforce a bonus)
Background in sales operations, channel management, or partner relationship management.
Experience in a global, matrixed organisation.
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
7+ years’ experience with Salesforce CRM and related sales technologies
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
