Time management and prioritisation skills are essential.
Good MS Office skills and experience of inputting and updating information in a CRM database is required.
Knowledge of heat networks and previous experience of HIU commissioning, servicing, repair and fault finding would be desirable.
Smart metering and pay as you go (PAYG) commissioning and ad hoc repairs.
A technical aptitude, with an interest in low carbon technologies.Excellent customer service skills are essential.
Previous plumbing and/or heating experience would be advantageous.
NVQ L2 Plumbing & Heating - desired
Knowledge of PAYG and smart metering is desirable, but not essential.
