Assisting in general Company technical design matters including involvement in the production of standard Company drawings as, from time to time, may be directed by the Technical Executive’
Maintaining satisfactory working relationships with Local Authority. NHBC and service utility officers.
To be responsible for identifying and resolving technical design and constructional problems
Be responsible that detailed technical investigation, design, optimisation is secured and that proper liaison is maintained with statutory authorities, and that all necessary documentation and drawings are produced to enable contracts to be let and a site to be developed by the Building Department.

Educated to HNC / HND in a construction related qualification
Exposure to mix use/commercial schemes.
Experience in concrete steel and traditional masonry build
Knowledge of the housebuilding industry preferably gained with a high volume house builder
Strong Technical knowledge base from a Technical Design background of either architectural or civil engineering
