Specialists will assemble, test, rework, and repair machine components, execute production schedules, and continuously seek process efficiencies. They must adhere to Standard Work Sheets, participate in pre‑shift Process Improvement Dialogue and Continuous Improvement activities, and report material availability and equipment downtime.
