Determine and arrange project technical services, leading the team and stakeholders to meet KPIs.
Apply Mace’s “Safety first” principle and engage with the HSW framework.
Develop, modify and maintain project plans throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Manage intermediate tasks and support the senior project manager for timely, accurate programme delivery.
Monitor project schedules and budgets, highlighting risks and implementing mitigations.
Ensure robust quality systems are in place and aligned with Mace Way/Service Excellence.
Record meeting outcomes, provide analysis and conduct regular site walks.
Partner with stakeholders to identify and treat project risks.
Coordinate communication among all parties, maintaining standards and documentation.
Track, process and formalise project changes within agreed timeframes.
Deliver approved handover documentation before practical completion.
Promote business priorities such as construction to production, digital data and responsible practices.
Lead design, consultant, contractor and supply‑chain teams to manage scope, fees, claims and variations.
Produce integrated design and authority programmes aligned with procurement and delivery schedules.
Challenge client and team assumptions to achieve optimal solutions.
Leverage the Centre of Excellence knowledge base, Mace Way control centre and best‑practice resources.
Contribute to net‑zero carbon objectives by managing associated emissions and reductions.
