The Business Data Analyst role is dedicated to the One Funnel team within the Advanced Leads & Insights (ALI) organization. One Funnel aims to improve dealer‑customer experiences by implementing actions that span machine sales, aftermarket sales, service execution, onboarding and account management.
In this position you will partner with One Funnel consultants and dealers to understand business challenges, prototype and deploy Prioritized Action Lists (PALs), and support dealers in implementing those actions to drive growth and efficiency. You will also analyze dealer systems, business processes and data to ensure successful deployment of PALs while handling additional duties assigned by management.
The role requires strong accuracy, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. Required expertise includes business data analysis, business assessment, requirements analysis, and product design and development. Candidates should hold a university degree or comparable experience in fields such as computer science, business, mathematics or engineering, and possess hands‑on experience with SQL, Snowflake datasets and at least one programming language.
Travel may be required for up to 25‑50 % of the time, and the salary range is $97,530 to $146,290 plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, paid time off, 401(k), HSA, FSAs, health‑lifestyle programs, employee assistance, tuition reimbursement and incentive bonuses.
