Proven cost‑management experience on large‑scale transportation, tunneling, or heavy civil projects, especially public infrastructure.
Expertise in cost estimation, financial modeling and budgeting tools such as Primavera and Excel.
Professional membership (e.g., RICS or CCP) valued.
Familiarity with transit agencies like PANYNJ, NJT, MTA, LIRR, or Amtrak.
Experience delivering programs or portfolios valued over $1 bn is a significant advantage.

Benefits

The estimated starting salary for this position is $140,000–$180,000 and may vary based on experience, skills and qualifications.
