Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plumbing systems.
Replace tanks and carry out plumbing repairs in commercial and domestic settings.
Conduct water sampling and temperature monitoring.
Respond to reactive maintenance, diagnosing and fixing commercial plumbing issues.
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, TMVs, pipework modifications, and remove dead legs.
Collaborate with teams, keep accurate records, and follow health and safety regulations.

Hold City & Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent) and preferably G3 Unvented Hot Water Systems certification.
Demonstrate proven experience in commercial plumbing and routine water hygiene tasks.

Possess a full UK driving licence.
