Promote MQ service and preventive maintenance programs—both in the field and at MQ factory service centers.
Support creation of service bulletins, manuals, and training materials.
Deliver technical training and guidance to internal teams and customers.
The employee is occasionally required to use hands to handle, feel, or manipulate objects; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, or crouch as needed.
Act as the key liaison between customers and Multiquip for technical concerns.
Conduct warranty inspections and authorize claims as needed.

Industry Experience: 5+ years as a Power Generation Technician, with advanced skills in electrical and diesel engine repair (Tier 4 engines preferred).
Must hold a valid driver’s license and passport.

Engine Systems: Strong diesel engine diagnostics and repair capabilities, including overhauls and after-treatment servicing.
Electrical safety certification or qualifications are considered a strong plus.
Education: Associate degree or 5+ years of hands-on experience in power generation. Equivalent combinations of education and experience are welcome.
Strong mechanical and electrical skills, especially with diesel generators.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and web-based service tools.
Completion of technical training courses, certification programs, or graduation from a technical school is preferred.
Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Communication & Reporting: Clear communicator with customers and capable of producing detailed technical service documentation.
Experienced in using diagnostic and service software to troubleshoot, analyze, and repair equipment effectively.
Ability to travel within the United States and Internationally. Travel requirements can exceed 80%.
