Sign for packages and certified mail
Foster Teamwork – participates and fosters collaboration among team members and among teams
Open delivered packages and notify recipients for pickup
Occasionally send out packages via FedEx, GLS, or USPS, which may include drop-offs at local facilities
Strategically identify and attend subcontractor industry events to help broaden our relationships and to market WEO
Establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with all subcontractors and WEO Team members
Build relationships with key existing subcontractors and strive to establish new relationships
Monitor and restock office supplies, food, and snacks; coordinate with the office team to identify needs
Manage and participate in the creation of bid proposal packages in response to RFP’s
Check and distribute incoming mail and documents to appropriate parties, including scanning and uploading to Box for PA access
Responsible for managing and updating the subcontractor database
Solicit and obtain subcontractor bid coverage
