Reporting to the National Training Manager, you will join a national team that delivers fire‑safety measures for a wide range of Chubb clients. The role includes delivering and assessing nationally recognised training, reviewing emergency response exercises, auditing client sites, producing evacuation diagrams, developing site‑specific procedures, fostering client relationships and collaborating with the local sales team to grow the business.

• Deliver and assess nationally recognised fire and life‑safety training at client locations or VIC training rooms.
• Review and advise clients on on‑site emergency response exercises.
• Conduct audits of client sites in accordance with state legislation and Australian Standards.
• Produce evacuation diagrams using tablet‑based software.
• Develop and maintain site‑specific emergency response and evacuation procedures.
• Build and maintain client relationships to support compliance responsibilities.
• Work with local Chubb Sales teams to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

We are currently seeking an organised, dynamic and experienced Workplace Emergency Trainer to join the Chubb Training Group team in Dingley, Victoria.

The ideal candidate is an Australian citizen or permanent resident with a current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and proven experience delivering fire and life‑safety training such as ECO, First Attack and First Aid. You should have a strong understanding of evacuation diagrams and emergency procedures, be able to work both autonomously and collaboratively, and possess excellent communication, organisational and time‑management skills. Creativity, an engaging training style and willingness to travel interstate are also required.

• Hold Australian citizenship or permanent residency and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
• Demonstrated experience delivering fire and life‑safety training (e.g., ECO, First Attack, First Aid).
• Strong knowledge of evacuation diagram and emergency procedure requirements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with strong delivery and time‑management abilities.
• Creative problem‑solver with an engaging training style.
• Willingness to travel intra‑ and interstate as required.
