Reporting to the National Training Manager, you will join a national team that delivers fire‑safety measures for a wide range of Chubb clients. The role includes delivering and assessing nationally recognised training, reviewing emergency response exercises, auditing client sites, producing evacuation diagrams, developing site‑specific procedures, fostering client relationships and collaborating with the local sales team to grow the business.
We are currently seeking an organised, dynamic and experienced Workplace Emergency Trainer to join the Chubb Training Group team in Dingley, Victoria.
The ideal candidate is an Australian citizen or permanent resident with a current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and proven experience delivering fire and life‑safety training such as ECO, First Attack and First Aid. You should have a strong understanding of evacuation diagrams and emergency procedures, be able to work both autonomously and collaboratively, and possess excellent communication, organisational and time‑management skills. Creativity, an engaging training style and willingness to travel interstate are also required.
We offer a competitive remuneration package, a company vehicle, uniform and all necessary tools to deliver exceptional training experiences. You will benefit from a supportive team structure, the stability of a global organisation, access to the Chubb Hub discount platform and extensive training and career‑development opportunities.
