- Working on Pumps, Air Handling Units, pressurisation units.
- Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance on various systems and complete the appropriate paperwork and reports.
- Carrying out Reactive and emergency breakdown tasks and complete the associated paperwork.

- Able to use own initiative.
- Domestic gas (preferred but not essential).
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Possess comprehensive technical skills to fault find and rectify.
- Experience in all aspects of commercial gas, servicing, repairs and installs.
- Capable of completing essential paperwork in accurate and timely manner.
- Good plumbing skills.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety and safe working practices.
- Basic Electrical Safety Knowledge Experience.
- Excellent understanding of Commercial Heating Systems.
- Good controls knowledge.
- 18th Edition (preferred).
- Commercial gas qualification's.
- Excellent knowledge of current gas regulations.
- Be prepared to work out of hours when required and be part of the out of hours call out rota (1 in 14) .
- Knowledge of BMS Systems Have a flexible approach to work.
- Oil (desirable).
