  • Working on Pumps, Air Handling Units, pressurisation units.
  • Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance on various systems and complete the appropriate paperwork and reports.
  • Carrying out Reactive and emergency breakdown tasks and complete the associated paperwork.

  • Able to use own initiative.
  • Domestic gas (preferred but not essential).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Possess comprehensive technical skills to fault find and rectify.
  • Experience in all aspects of commercial gas, servicing, repairs and installs.
  • Capable of completing essential paperwork in accurate and timely manner.
  • Good plumbing skills.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety and safe working practices.
  • Basic Electrical Safety Knowledge Experience.
  • Excellent understanding of Commercial Heating Systems.
  • Good controls knowledge.
  • 18th Edition (preferred).
  • Commercial gas qualification's.
  • Excellent knowledge of current gas regulations.
  • Be prepared to work out of hours when required and be part of the out of hours call out rota (1 in 14) .
  • Knowledge of BMS Systems Have a flexible approach to work.
  • Oil (desirable).
