Manage pipeline invoicing, customer service, receivables, and revenue reporting.
Provide timely and accurate responses to both internal and external customer questions and/or issues related to invoicing.
Assist Commercial and Financial Planning teams with monitoring revenue and customer activities.
Fosters strong relationships with all levels of Management, Marketing, Asset Optimization, Measurement, Rates, Regulatory Affairs, Transportation and Storage Services, Legal, Contract Services, Financial Planning, and Accounting.
Support existing and identify new business solutions.
Responsible for compliance with all internal SOx controls, including documentation of process flows, identification of risks, implementations of controls mitigating such risk, and evidence of process compliance as it relates to invoicing.
Review and reporting of Account Receivables.
Generate revenue reports and other reports as needed and be able to track performance during the course of the year.
Support of revenue and allocation processes within proprietary transportation system (DART).
Preparation and evaluation of monthly invoices in compliance with Tariffs and SOx controls.
Ensure customer invoices are processed accurately and timely in compliance with all South Region’s Pipeline tariffs.
Responding to and resolving invoicing inquiries and issues.
Training internal/external customers about details on services offered, information and reports available.
Training of internal/external customers regarding transportation service details, information available to customers, and use of pipeline proprietary transportation systems.
Compiling and reporting of Account Receivable information.
Regular interaction with Financial Planning and Accounting groups regarding forecasting, revenue reporting and revenue variance explanation.

General understanding of Kinder Morgan, interstate pipeline commercial business from deal execution, contract administration, scheduling, allocation, rates, and invoicing.
Highly motivated individual with the initiative and ability to work through complex issues.
Ability to manage stressful situations with critical deadlines.
Experience utilizing MS SQL and/or MS Access in support of complex business solutions.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications including the use of pivot tables and advanced formula functions in Microsoft Excel.
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Must be detail oriented, yet able to illuminate the larger picture.
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn proprietary computer systems.
Knowledge of South Region interstate natural gas transportation.
Light travel may be expected.
3-5 years interstate natural gas pipeline industry experience.
Knowledge of existing Kinder Morgan proprietary transportation systems (DART), Rates and Invoice processes.
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing or closely related discipline.
