- Maintain inventory and asset configuration documentation
- Support Disaster Recovery, Backup, and retention policies.
- Support Operations and Control Center afterhours issues that impact ability to perform duties.

- Knowledge of various Cyber Security technologies and processes including but not limited to, TrendMicro, Splunk, and Incident Response
- Microsoft Infrastructure Technologies: Active Directory, LDAP, DNS, DHCP, GPOs, IIS, PKI
- Knowledge of PowerShell Scripting & Automation is preferred.
- Microsoft and Linux Administration
- Knowledge of server maintenance and patching, using various tools including BigFix or equivalent products.
- Excellent listening, speaking, and writing skills, allowing successful communication with team members and management
- Knowledge of managing Virtual Server Environments including VMWare
- Effective and creative problem solving and analytical skills; ability to rapidly assess challenges, underlying or hidden problems and issues and grasp their essence and underlying structure
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Knowledge of managing system backups using applications such as CommVault or others.
- Knowledge of applicable industry cyber security frameworks and compliance including NERC CIP and NIST a bonus but not required
