- Act as a subject matter expert for Microsoft 365, including Co-pilot, staying current with features, updates, and best practices.
- Support adoption by providing technical expertise, feature insights, and real-world use cases for training and communities of practice.
- Provide expert technical support and guidance to IT teams and business units, troubleshooting complex issues and advising on platform capabilities.
- Manage the evergreen roadmap for your product suite, assessing new features and planning controlled rollouts from proof of concept to enterprise deployment.
- Design and implement robust governance and security policies across Microsoft 365 services, including Co-pilot, Teams, Loop, Planner, and Outlook.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical detail into business value and explain it to non-technical audiences.
- Experience managing evergreen features and updates at scale in a medium/large organisation, with the ability to assess and roll out new features to drive business value.
- Proven hands-on experience as an engineer or administrator for Microsoft 365 platforms, including Teams and Copilot.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 governance and security, including access management, compliance, and GDPR.
- A passion for technology and a commitment to continuous learning, particularly in AI and productivity tools.
