- Generates and analyzes bi-weekly labor reports, collaborating with Project Managers to identify and address any unauthorized labor charges to maintain budget integrity;
- Assists JDAC Construction Engineers in developing cost estimates and financial forecasts, supporting budgeting and cost control efforts;
- Updates and manages project‐related data in Procore, including direct input of project related information and uploading of relevant supporting documents;
- Coordinates with project teams and WMATA Accounting to facilitate invoice submissions, refund payments, and other financial transactions, ensuring timely cost estimates and financial forecasts, supporting effective budgeting and cost control efforts.
- Submits daily logs in a timely manner through WMATA’s Procore system; and
- Prepares monthly expenditure reports for assigned JDAC projects and complies with monthly balance reports for overall JDAC program tracking;
- Serves as a financial resource for all JDAC project teams, providing accurate and timely financial data to support decision-making and project oversight;

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Controls, preferably in a cost management role.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills, and strong technical writing skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365®, Oracle PeopleSoft® and Procore.
- Maintains familiarity with the JDAC Adjacent Construction Project Manual (ACPM) and JDAC Procedures relative to assigned;
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field from an accredited College or University.
- Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced engineering environment;
