- Produce clear, accurate valuation and advisory reports in line with RICS standards and firm templates.
- Ensure files are complete, auditable, and compliant.
- Carry out property inspections, take measurements, photographs, and gather all relevant site/tenure information.
- Keep up to date with local residential market trends and evidence.
- Analyse comparable evidence and local market data to support valuation conclusions.
- Manage multiple one-off instructions at different stages, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Support senior team members in nurturing repeat work from existing clients.
- Working as part of an established team, undertake valuations of individual residential properties (flats, houses, small investment blocks) for a range of purposes (lending, acquisition, tax, accounts, internal decision-making).
- Work in accordance with RICS Valuation – Global Standards (Red Book) and internal quality procedures.
