Warehouse Clerks, also known as Provisioning Agents, handle general warehouse duties that include receiving, distributing, and controlling the inventory needed for aircraft. They report to the Provisioning Shift Supervisors and Operation Managers and may be assigned additional tasks as business needs dictate.
The role demands significant physical effort: employees must stand and walk for the entire shift, lift up to 50 lb, and perform activities such as bending, crawling, and handling various materials. The work environment features moderate to high noise levels, variable temperature and humidity, and exposure to open‑air conditions that may include fumes, insects, and birds.
Effective communication in English is required, along with the ability to read safety rules and procedures, write routine reports and emails, and perform basic math calculations for inventory tracking. Employees must also be proficient with computers, use common‑sense reasoning to follow instructions, and adapt to challenges as they arise.
