Manage the global process through establishment of process councils with all stakeholders – including both implementation phase teams and business as usual teams
Drive standardization and alignment with businesses and functions
Collaboration with accounting and finance teams
Identify and prioritize opportunities for process optimization and automation
Establish KPIs and benchmarks to monitor global process performance
Analyze requests for process changes, balancing business requirements and process efficiency
Serve as a process expert in their respective area
Develop, build, maintain, and own end-to-end global business processes using Signavio,a business process transformation tool

Previous ERP system implementation experience on a global scale is a plus, but not required
Previous accounting or finance experience
5+ years of functional, or comparable, experience and knowledge
Ability to travel for on-site working sessions ~ 10% of the time
Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to manage cross-cultural communication
Ability to work under pressure and meet scheduled deadlines
Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related discipline
