Perform and prepare Phase I ESAs in accordance with ASTM E-1527-21.
Conduct interviews and investigate regulatory listings.
Manage research, field activities, and report preparation.
Evaluate environmental compliance.
Develop conclusions and recommendations.
Interpret data and prepare technical reports.
Conduct records review, site reconnaissance, and identify Recognized Environmental Conditions (RECs), Business Environmental Risks (BERs), and non-scope items.

Must meet the definition of an Environmental Professional per 40 CFR
Experience in environmental remediation, environmental investigations, site inspection, and environmental assessments.
Bachelor’s degree in geology, environmental science, engineering, or a related field.
Experience with equity purchase and lender Phase I ESAs.
