BS in Electrical Engineering, 3 years working experience or S. or degree in Electrical Engineering. With 1-2 years working experience in the field of power electronics, graduate research work is considered as working experience.
Experience with power semiconductor devices (SiC MOSFETS, SiC diodes, Si IGBTs, etc).
Experience in simulation tools such as MATLAB, PLECS, LTSPICE etc.
Strong knowledge of power electronics concepts (topologies, building blocks, parasitic effects, EMI, losses, and partial discharge).
