Hazen and Sawyer is seeking a qualified Project Manager with 10+ years of experience in planning, designing, permitting and construction of drinking water and wastewater-related projects. The position will lead to an increasing level of client development and management commensurate with experience, supported by our regional offices and firm-wide technical resources.

10–15 years of experience in the water/wastewater field.
Experience managing interdisciplinary teams to meet client needs.
Proven track record delivering projects with collaborative, multi‑disciplinary teams.
Experience in planning, design, and construction of municipal water and wastewater treatment facilities.
Project management experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact with staff, clients, and regulatory agencies.
Self‑starter with strong attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
PE license required (FL preferred or ability to obtain reciprocity within six months).
B.S. degree in Environmental, Civil, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
Advanced degree (M.S. or M.Eng.) from an ABET‑accredited U.S. program (other engineering degrees considered case‑by‑case).
