Tasks
-Steer warehouse operations to ensure timely fulfillment of all contractual obligations -Provide sufficient information to calculate the cost of services -Perform relocation and movement of equipment, supplies, materials, appliances, furniture, and systems in accordance with US Government and Host Nation regulations -Exercise quality control and standardize best practices to ensure consistent performance -Authorize and guide technical solutions, products, and processes, ensuring they meet KBR's high standards and client expectations -Serve as the central point of contact for logistics related work, responsible for managing both the O&M logistical and mission logistics operations -Assist in the collection, packing and shipping of any digital/magnetic media in accordance with applicable security and facility regulations -Craft and execute strategic plans for warehousing, setting the course for long-term logistical sustainment -Spearhead the strategic direction, seamless coordination, and effective management of tasks related to the logistics functions, encompassing pivotal areas such as loading dock management, supply chain management, warehouse management, vehicle management, transportation management, and property management -Cultivate and maintain robust partnerships with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and your team, fostering a collaborative atmosphere conducive to success -Maintain and operate the vehicle program in accordance with all applicable US Government and Host Nation regulations -Innovate and implement policies and procedures to promote a safe and efficient work environment -Establish and maintain an Electrostatic Discharge Controls Program to ensure the safety of material and personnel -Ensure all supply chain management functions operate within an approved material management program which involves control and accountability of materials from requirements through purchasing, storage, issue and disposal

What You Bring
-Possess an active TS/SCI U.S. Security Clearance with adjudicated polygraph or Host Nation PV Clearance -Knowledge of process improvement models (e.g. LEAN/Six Sigma, ISO 9000) -A minimum of two (2) consecutive years of supervisory experience in logistics operations or transportation operations -A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP, showcasing your ability to integrate technology effectively into logistics processes -A solid background in logistics and transportation management, with a minimum of five (5) years’ experience leading large-scale and similar-scope operations -Familiarity with 24/7 operational environment -Proven experience in warehouse operations management, managing procurement programs, asset management, and transportation areas with at least 5 years of shaping efficient, responsive services -Familiarity with Government Property control/management
