Delivering projects across various types of structures within the residential / health / education / commercial / industrial sectors.
Assist junior team members in the planning of their project time each week.
Working closely with a diverse client base, responding efficiently to client's needs, including attendance at meetings and inspections. Acting as first POC for design coordination and reviews.
Contribute to technical development across the Structural section.
Being responsible for project costings, monitoring project performance and budget ensuring that key dates are met and projects remain within budget.
Develop skills in business development including preparation of proposals.
Act as a mentor to up and coming young talented engineers.

Familiar with financial management of projects internally is highly valued.
Demonstrated years of experience working as a Senior Structural Engineering Consultant in the Australian market.
Strong team ethic to work collaboratively across functional groups.
Tertiary qualification in Engineering and ideally CPEng certified.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
knowledge of ETABS, RC Building, RAPT, SpaceGass highly valued.
