Define curriculum and training pathways for field inspectors, project managers, designers, and contractors.
Document roles, responsibilities, workflows, and curriculum needs for digital delivery training programs.
Produce or oversee development of sample training modules, role-based guides, and communication materials.
Serve as a key client-facing advisor for digital strategy, helping agencies navigate the transition from legacy processes to model-based delivery.
Facilitate workshops with client teams, contractors, and stakeholders to identify challenges, define goals, and align on near-term priorities and long-term direction.
Assist in shaping client-facing materials such as program guidance, executive briefings, and strategic recommendations.
Translate technical concepts into clear, structured recommendations for leadership audiences.

Familiarity with Bentley Infrastructure Cloud, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Synchro, or similar environments (expert-level modeling skills not required).
Ability to evaluate workflows, document processes, synthesize findings, and present recommendations clearly.
Experience supporting digital transformation or program-level digital delivery initiatives for owners or large capital programs.
Understanding of asset management concepts and how design/construction data flows into O&M systems.
Strong understanding of digital delivery concepts (BIM, model-based construction, BEP development, asset information, field data capture).
Professional Licensure and Society Memberships
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in Digital Delivery tools (Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud; Bentley Infrastructure Cloud, Open Suite) and familiarity with Power BI and model-based quantity takeoff tools.
5+ years of BIM/VDC experience across design and construction phases.
Experience communicating with mixed technical and non-technical audiences.
Background working with DOTs or large transportation programs.
Comfortable working in an advisory/consulting environment where ambiguity, discovery, and problem-solving are central.
