• Lead the formulation and execution of financial strategies aligned with company goals and growth
• Oversee all aspects of financial reporting, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards to build trust with stakeholders
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align financial strategy with broader organisational objectives
• Implement a robust risk management framework, ensuring full compliance with tax regulations, corporate governance standards, and internal controls
• Drive operational efficiencies in financial and accounting processes group-wide
• Deliver insightful financial reports and analysis to support decision-making by leadership and stakeholders
• Lead, mentor, and develop finance teams fostering innovation and continuous improvement
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation across diverse business portfolios
• Manage group financial reporting ensuring accuracy, transparency, and regulatory compliance
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and advisors

• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing finance teams under pressure
• Ability to adapt financial strategies to changing market and business conditions
• Comprehensive knowledge of project finance and financial systems
• Strong analytical skills to translate financial data into strategic business decisions
• CA or CPA qualification or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred,
• Over 10 years of senior financial leadership managing multiple industries or divisions
• Expertise in financial systems and processes including Jobpac and office software proficiency
